IMAGE LICENSING AGREEMENT (RIGHTS-MANAGED)

1. THE PARTIES

3. SCOPE OF LICENSE (RIGHTS-MANAGED)

7. RESTRICTIONS
The Licensee shall not:

- Use the Image in any defamatory, pornographic, or unlawful manner.
- Alter, modify, or manipulate the Image (except for standard cropping/resizing for layout fit) without prior written consent from the Licensor.
